Leading Organizations are embarking on new strategic pathways as they build on past successes and prepare for the future by developing sophisticated internal human capital development processes.  Human Resource professionals are focusing more of their attention on the connection between organizational excellence and effective people management.  This requires clarity of Vision and Strategic Objectives, planning and designing the human development and business process needs of the organization; the successful implementation of the plan; and assessing the progress of development.

Change Management

Initiating Organizational Change and Developments is a circular process which begins with the  chief executive's Vision and desired Strategic Objectives.

That Vision together with the desired Strategic Objectives would then define the desired organizational culture.

Identification of the desired culture then leads to the design of parallel execution strategies - one for business processes and the other for talent development.

Defining those strategies then leads to implementing the appropriate business and talent development processes required within the organization.

On-going measurement and reinforcement begins once those processes are in place.

The Talent Management process revolves around five general objectives:

  • The identification, development and retention of individuals who have demonstrated superior ability and attitudes, embracing the core competencies and values of the organization
  • The identification and development of replacements for positions designated as key to maintaining and furthering organizational success
  • The development of a career pathing and management succession process
  • The planned development of employees in competences and skill appropriate for their positions and abilities
  • Development of an integrated and coherent system of organizational development; including appropriate organizational architecture; performance success measures; appraisals and assessments; career and replacement planning; management succession; development and training; and compensation benefits
