We are an inter-disciplinary consortium of firms specializing in:

- Information Technology - planning designing, and developing appropriate information technology systems to support organizational needs, with the appropriate return on investment
- Facilities and Asset Management - recommending "best practices" in the planning, design. construction and maintenance of multi-facility operations; including stakeholder, business case, technology and environmental assessments
- Capacity Building - enhancing the internal leadership, talent and processes of non-profit organizations; clarifying the organization's purpose, philosophy and operating practices
- Financial and Risk Management - reviewing existing financial and risk management policies and processes to meet financial, audit, safety and strategic objectives
